Technical Project Manager for Photovoltaic Systems (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:

Working student / intern (m/f/d) – Digital Marketing & Social Media

  Your tasks
  • Building and maintaining a simple marketing funnel for SOLTec (from advertisements to contact requests via our website soltec-elektrotechnik.de).
  • Supporting the conception, creation, and management of Google Ads campaigns (e.g., photovoltaics, energy storage, heat pumps, home electrical systems).
  • Planning, creating, and publishing content for our social media channels (e.g., LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook): posts, stories, short videos, and simple graphics.
  • Contributing to meta ads (Facebook/Instagram): target group research, ad design, A/B testing, and basic analysis.
  • Developing a small editorial calendar (topics such as reference projects, customer testimonials, project insights, and explanatory posts about PV, storage, and heat pumps).
  • Supporting the optimization and updating of website content (landing pages, product pages, references, FAQs) in close coordination with the project management and web team. Creation of simple monthly reports on campaign performance (reach, clicks, leads, cost per request) and derivation of initial optimization suggestions.
Your Profile
  • Currently enrolled in a degree program in Marketing, Media, Business Administration, Communication Studies, or a related field.
  • Initial experience or strong interest in online marketing, paid ads (Google/Meta), social media, and content creation.
  • Excellent written and spoken German skills; good English skills are a plus.
  • Comfortable use of common social media platforms; ideally, some experience with ad managers or analytics tools.
  • A creative eye for image and text design; ideally, experience with basic design tools (e.g., Canva).
  • A structured, reliable, and independent work style, as well as a willingness to take responsibility for your own sub-projects.
  • An interest in renewable energies, photovoltaics, storage, and climate technology is a significant advantage.
